Let's roll 🙌
Now that we've had two weeks of clinics, it's time to officially start our practices. For the month of February, expect to have practices Monday through Thursday from 330-530p. We will have some times where we go until six, but I will let you know about that in advance.
Coach Anna and I are excited for this season and are ready to start this program off on the right foot.
What gear do you need?
- Stick: I have sticks if you need it.
- Googles: I have goggles if you need it.
- Cleats: Please buy either lacrosse or soccer cleats.
- Mouthguard: This is mandatory for all practices.
- Hair-Ties: This will help practice... for real.
Isabella wears the Nike Huarache Pro cleats and loves them. Lacrosse cleats have an extra cleat at the top of the toe that helps with pivoting. Your call on using them or another pair of soccer cleats. But you will need cleats.
Mouthguards are all about comfort, so find one that works for you. I know a lot of my players love Shock Doctor Gel Max, so consider that. Don't cheap out on these, as they'll be in your mouth 100% of the time. If you want maximum airflow, the Shock Doctor Airflow is a solid option. If you have braces, thre are options for you too. My son likes the Shock Doctor Ultra Double Convertible Braces Fit.
