CAHS Boys & Girls Cross Country teams win Pacific Coast league titles. Both teams have amazaing athletes who have worked diligently at becomming some of the best runners in California.
The Classical Girls dominated and won all three league events. The Boys reahced down deep and pulled out a tough victory on the last hill of the race to earn the league championship.
There will be a CIF meet Saturday 11/20 with an opportuntiy for some of our athletes to advacne to the Cross Country State meeting.
Coach Tye Smith states, "I am proud of all our runners from the fastest to the slowest runner on the team. Cross Country is truly one of the harderst sports on the planet. It takes a special person to push yourself to perform at this high level of athletics. I look foward to see how these kids will continue to perform on the field, in school, and in life."
