Weekly update for September 20th

Hello Team!

You all have blown me away with your times at Woodbridge. I am so proud of each of you! Your consistency and hard work is paying off. And having the bus was pretty cool too! Thank you for all of the help with the loading and unloading of gear and cleaning up trash. You represent our school well!!

Coach Tye will be out of town this Monday through Thursday. Coach PJ and Coach Gabe will be at practice and everything will run as normal. If you are not at practice you have to send in your makeup workouts to me before the next race. Thank you all for being really good at getting those workouts sent in to me.

We have another great race this coming Friday. The Coach Downy meet at Morley field is a fun and challenging course. We will be dismissing at 12:30 again for this race as the first race will be at 2:30 PM. Everyone needs to arrange their own transportation for this race. Please email Sarah Knecht at [email protected] if you can help carpool and if you need help with carpooling.

Please note: Team picture day, September 29th at practice
September 30th is the scavenger hunt and ice cream social at practice

Monday: Kit Carson 3:30-4:45

Tuesday: Del Dios 3:30-4:45

Wednesday: Rancho Bernardo 3:30-4:45

Thursday: Pre Meet 3:30-4:15 meet at the flagpole CAHS

Friday: Coach Downey Classic

You must arrive 1 hour before your race. All athletes are encouraged to come at the same time and stay to the end to cheer on your teammates in their races!
