Dearest Lady Caimans
What a week you had! Congratulations on all your matches this week! Win or “Learned” YOU all fought hard & your skills only improved especially playing against Santa Fe Christian (SFC) . It was such a close match - it could have gone either way. Nothing to be ashamed about, it was a very respectable final score indeed of 7-11 SFC. Great playing by all! Our Record to date is 12 - 1 :)
Our “Pick Two” Player of the Week goes to: Sachi Darrock & Bella Hershey.
These two pairing are like peas & carrots. They have been close friends since oh…forever. In the past seasons they have played doubles together off & on but this season they are connected at the hip. They are the Ying of the other’s Yang. Their game has improved dramatically. They know each there’s strength & hones on those strength to close out the match. When the chips are down they don’t fret, they rise above, they stick to their game plan. Sachi’s bullet proof backhand topspin & Bella lurking like a caiman at net for the volley put away - is poetry in motion. At the end, Win or “learned” they both come off the courts always with a smile & even stronger friendship! Congratulations Bella & Sachi for being this weeks “pick two” players of the week!
Moving on to a VERY busy two weeks ahead! Stay healthy!!

This is what I meant about the season being a short / LONNNNGGG season. We think the season is coming to a close only to see that playoffs are around the corner with more tennis. Hang in there ladies - the excitement gets even more intense - enjoy the ride😅
Lastly, I want to give a Big THANK YOU to Coach Jon/Kyle, our Honorary assistants Alice Hoffpauir & Cody Warwick for stepping in during my absence. Thank you for everything. My mission back to Michigan was accomplished & endearing!
