It is time for girls volleyball to start! Check out the calendar and make sure you tap on the 3 gray icons under where it says the team levels. When they turn red, you will be able to see our full calendar.
Summer Workouts start next week- June 13th
To prepare for workouts:
1)If you are NEW to CAHS or you did not play sports for us last year, please click on the link for the waiver. Fill it out and bring it to the first day of workouts. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1w-Ve6d1QPstvA7Cp2mxVoT7yRgW5VUrl/view?usp=sharing
2)If you are a returner you do NOT need the waiver
3)Wear closed toed shoes to workouts, bring a water bottle, and pull your hair up.
4)On Wednesdays we will be at Planet Fitness on East Valley Parkway. Membership is free for the summer, but you do have to sign up with Planet Fitness. https://www.planetfitness.com/summerpass/registration
To Prepare for Tryouts:
1)Create/Update your account on Home Campus

2)Get your physical done early and upload it to home campus as soon as possible. (It must be done before tryouts, but please do not wait)
