Before our game Monday at 6p (Hidden Valley Middle School), we need all players to have turned in their paperwork and completed a physical within the past year. While most have done that, we are missing paperwork from: Emma, Avery, and Elizabeth.

Some are also missing a current physical. Those players are: Emma, Tessa, Avery, Elizabeth, and Bailey. 

I heard from one parent today that Concentra does walk-in sports physicals. So if you're in a rush, you can make it happen quick.
