In addition to starting to fundraise for the CAHS LAX program (get those contact sheets in by this Friday, completely full), we have met as a staff and have agreed on a final roster for CAHS LAX 2023 AND want to congratulate the final additions to this years CAHS LAX 2023 Girl's team!

If you did NOT make the team but DO want to learn LAX throughout the year, we are forming a practice squad and will announce that the first week of March.

While we know this can be a difficult time for those who did not make the competitive team this year, know that we are growing the sport at CAHS and want to grow it to Varsity and Junior Varsity over the next two years, so we can create more opportunities for student athletes on campus. 

Thanks again to all who came out this year. 

• We had more than double try out this year than were on the 2022 team. 
• We have a varsity program this year. 
• We are creating a practice squad for the 2023 season. 
• We are growing to include a junior varsity program for the 2025 season.
