Race Format: There will be 3 Varsity races per gender (D1& D2 will race together). Varsity race 1 will include our top 3 runners (#1, #2 & #3). Varsity #4 & #5 runners will race together and then #6 & #7 runners will race together. Scoring is based on Team Time. Race Schedule: Please take a screenshot of what time you are racing. If you are unaware of which race you will be running, please contact Coach PJ as he does the team entries. If you have a returning runner, they are expected to run in the JV race and not in the Novice race. Novice races are intended for runners who are new to cross-country. The Course: A mix of flat, hilly and swift downhill terrain among the trails of Guajome Park. Runners will go over 1 challenging hill twice. Please ensure we are well hydrated throughout the week.
